Individual Egg Soufflés

3 eggs
1 1/2 Tablespoons Cottage cheese
1 1/2 Tablespoons water
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
6 drops hot sauce
2/3 cup Swiss Cheese

Grease 2 6 oz Soufflé dishes. In a small bowl beat all ingredients, beat the cheese with a wire whisk. Stir in the cheese and pour into the greased soufflé dishes. Bake in a 350 oven for 15 to 20 minutes
