Ham and Eggs à la Swiss

4 English muffins -- split
3 tablespoons butter -- softened
1/2 pound ham -- sliced thin
4 eggs -- hard boiled & sliced thin
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Swiss cheese -- shredded

Spread muffin halves with butter and toast until browned.
Divide ham evenly between muffin halves.
Arrange egg slices on top of ham.

Combine sour cream and mayonnaise, mix well.
Spread mixture evenly over sandwiches.
Sprinkle Swiss cheese over the top and sprinkle with paprika.
Place under broiler on baking sheet and broil 5 inches from heat for 1 - 2 minutes.
