Baked Cheese Grits

3 cups cooked grits
6 oz. grated cheddar cheese
2 large eggs -- beaten
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
2 T. butter -- melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease either 12 Ramekins or 3" Muffin tins. Mix all of the above together and divide equally between the cups. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm.
