Strawberry Bread
3 cups Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 Tbs cinnamon
2 Cups sugar
4 eggs -- beaten
2 cups strawberries -- frozen or fresh
1 1/2 cups oil
1 cup pecans -- optional
In a medium bowl combine and sift the dry
ingredients.
Combine remaining ingredients: strawberries, oil
and eggs.
Fold the dry mixture into the strawberry mixture.
Bake at 325 for 25 minutes for mini muffins-45-60
minutes for mini loaves
