1 1/4 cups cold water
1/4 cup Kahlula divided
1/3 cup Mascarpone cheese -- OR 3 1/2 oz.
8 oz cream cheese -- softened
1/3 cup brown sugar -- packed
1/4 cup granulated sugar
24 lady fingers -- split
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa -- divided

Place ground coffee beans in drip coffee maker and add cold water, brew to make 1 1/2 cups. Combine the brewed coffee and Kahlula in a shallow dish and cool. Combine the cheeses in a large bowl and beat on high with a hand mixer until smooth. Add sugars and 1 Tbs. of Kahlula and beat until well blended.

Split lady fingers in half lengthwise. Quickly dip 24 lady fingers halves, flat side down into the coffee mixture placing dipped side down in the bottom of an 8 inch square dish, slightly overlapping lady finger halves. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the lady fingers; sprinkle with 1 tsp. cocoa. Repeat procedure with remaining lady finger halves, coffee mixture, cheese mixture, and 1 tsp. cocoa.

Place 1 toothpick at each corner and 1 in the center of the Tiramisu, (to prevent plastic cover wrap from sticking). Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least two hours.
